C.A.R.E. Community Association, Inc. is a resident led 501(c)3 non-profit community organization located in East Baltimore. Our boundaries are from N. Washington Street to Patterson Park Ave. and Fayette Street to McElderry Street. Belair Edison Community Association
Belair-Edison is a community of Novak and Welsh-built red brick rowhouses situated on treelined streets. The residents pride themselves on being a strong community of caring people. In addition to the rowhomes there is a sprinkling of single and semi-detached homes. Belair-Edison is located in northeast Baltimore and situated around Belair-Road and Erdman Avenue with boundaries of Richmond Avenue to the west, Sinclair Lane to the east and south, and Seidel Avenue ( several blocks north of Herring Run Park) to the north.

Berea - Fort Worthington Community Association
Berea in East Baltimore is comprised of historic rowhomes offering residents a choice between large, grassy yards and low-maintenance, paved front areas. The majority of the neighborhood includes well-manicured lawns, tidy porches and abundant flower gardens. Residents enjoy a strong sense of community, engaged neighbors and easy access to major commuter routes.

Butcher's Hill
Association
The Butchers Hill Historic District is an irregularly-shaped area roughly bounded by East Fayette Street on the north, Patterson Park Avenue on the east, East Pratt Street on the south, and South Chapel, North Washington, and North Chester Streets on the west.
A primarily residential neighborhood densely built with brick rowhouses at the crest of Hampstead Hill, Butchers Hill is an architecturally and historically distinct pocket of development in the regular grid of East Baltimore streets. The unique combination of construction dates (1850-1915), sizes, and styles of buildings, with a hilly topography and a peculiar pattern of development, as well as a generally high degree of integrity which is being enhanced by rehabilitation, sets Butchers Hill apart from the surrounding rowhouse communities.

Milton Montford Community
Milton-Montford is a neighborhood in the heart of East Baltimore, Maryland. Milton-Montford lies north of Patterson Park and south of Amtrak's Northeast Corridor. The neighborhood is bounded by the neighborhoods of McElderry Park to the south, Madison-Eastend to the east, Biddle Street to the north, and Middle East to the west. The swath of land between Johns Hopkins Hospital and Frank C Bocek Park, which includes Milton-Montford, is often referred to as the "Down the Hill" neighborhood by local residents.

McElderry Park Community Association
McElderry Park takes its name from the McElderry family, who were wealthy merchants in Baltimore in the early 19th century. Irish immigrant Thomas McElderry (1758 – 1810) arrived in Baltimore in 1793 and quickly established himself—building a wharf that bore his name, improving Market Square, and helping found the Baltimore Water Company.

Armistead Gardens
Armistead Gardens is a neighborhood in the Northeast District of Baltimore. It is located north of Pulaski Highway and east of Erdman Avenue, between Herring Run Park (northeast) and the East District neighborhood of Orangeville (southwest).
Armistead Gardens is home to four churches, Armistead Gardens Elementary School, and the Bohemian National Cemetery. The nearest major highways are Pulaski Highway (U.S. Route 40) and Erdman Avenue.
